    Saddle up for the ride of a lifetime. This 9-day, 8-night cycling journey takes you from the surfy shores of Fulong all the way to the rice paddies of Chishang and hot springs of Ruisui—before finishing at the edge of the Pacific. With a support van, local guide, and stunning routes mapped out daily, all you need to do is ride.


    Each Day Brings Something New:


    ● Cruise through converted train tunnels and past coastal villages

    ● Short stop in the awe-inspiring Taroko Gorge

    ● Glide past rice paddies in the East Rift Valley

    ● Visit shrines, taste red rice, and relax in natural hot springs

    ● Snorkel-worthy beaches, island coffee shops, and mountain views? You bet.


    All logistics are covered—from your support van to daily transfers, accommodation, luggage handling, and even bubble tea breaks. The route includes 7 riding days, covering ~397km with varied elevation and stunning scenery from start to finish.

    Start cycling through 2km converted train tunnel to east coast and south to suggested beachside lunch (Approx. 22km)
    Finish riding to Kilibay Pearl Milk Tea Museum (Approx. 14km)
    Enjoy a celebratory Bubble Tea before jump into van and transfer to Lakeshore Su’ao Hotel

    Su'ao - Shoufeng (approx. 31km)

    Buffet Breakfast at hotel
    Support Van & Driver Pick Guests up at hotel in Su'ao and transfer along the east coast. Stop in Taroko Gorge at the Eternal Springs Shrine
    Transfer to outskirts of Hualien.
    Start cycling south along a route to Liyu Lake (Approx. 12km)
    Lunch at the Liyutan Treehouse (Optional)
    Continue cycling and into the famous East Rift Valley. (Approx 23km) (Optional river swim

    Yuli – Taitung (approx. 61km)

    Support Van & Driver picks guests/luggage up at the hotel in Yuli and transfers the group over the coast mountains to the east coast.
    Guests jump on their bicycles and ride south along the east coast of Taiwan to Sanxiantai Arch Bridge (Approx.17km). Rest/popsicles/explore bridge and island,
    Ride south to Lunch (Approx. 29km) - individual set meals (optional)
    Continue Cycling to beach front café (Approx. 15km)
    Guests can swim at local beach, board van and transfer to Taitung or finish riding final 12km to Taitung or finish riding final 12km to Taitung

    Taitung – Chishang (approx. 57km)

    Guests cycle north from Taitung through agricultural lands to a local ice cream / popsicle shop for a quick stop (Approx. 26km).
    Continue riding north, through the famous Wuling Green Tunnel to Wuling Cafe for lunch (optional) - Set Meals (Approx. 12km)
    Ride through the stunning Brown’s Boulevard Rice Paddies of Chishang, before arriving at a local B&B overlooking the central mountains of Taiwan (Approx. 21km)

    Guests cycle north from Chishang, continuing through the East Rift Valley with views of Taiwan’s tallest mountain, Jade Mountain, on a clear day.
    Arrive at the famous Yuli Japanese Shrine ruins (Approx. 25km).
    Roll to a nearby restaurant to grab some mouthwatering dumplings for Lunch
    Continue riding north to Ruisui and our hot spring hotel for the evening (Approx. 22km)
    Rest, soak in hot springs
    Dinner at hotel (shared dishes)

    Ruisui - JIqi (transfer to Taipei) (approx. 62km)

    Support Van & Driver Meets Guests at Hotel and picks up luggage
    Guests cycle east from the hotel along the stunning Xiuguluan River to back to the turquoise waters along the east coast (Approx. 27km)
    After a quick coffee and pastry from an Amis Cafe, guests will continue riding north towards our end destination (Approx. 22km)
    The Final 5km features an elevation gain of about 130m, making the final stretch one guests are proud of.
    Transfer from Baxi Rest Stop back to Taipei for hotel check-in.

    Notice

    Rates are listed in CAD for groups of six with double and single occupancy. Rates for smaller or larger groups are available upon request.


    Bike Rentals:

    ● Between CAD $600.00 - $688.00 for entire 8-day tour (depending on bike vs. ebike) 

    ● Available Bikes:

    Booking / Cancellation Policy

    PAYMENT TERMS

    A deposit of C$500 per person is required within 3days after booking confirmation.

    Balance Payment due on 45days prior to departure.


    CANCELLATION

    If customer wishes to cancel booked and confirmed services, it must be in writing to One Dream Travel, other than the exceptions set out below, cancellation fees will apply as follows:

    * 45 days or more prior to scheduled departure – $500.00 (Deposit)

    * 44 – 31 days prior to scheduled departure – 50% of total tour cost

    * 30 – 0 days prior to scheduled departure – 100% of total tour cost


    Unused portions of any tour, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, extra hotel nights, airfare or other items included in the tour are fully NON-REFUNDABLE after your departure whatever the reason is that you cannot continue with your

    tour. All refunds are subject to the consent of the service provider.

    No shows without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except force majeure cases, which will be examined on a case-by-case basis).

     

    General deposit and cancellation policy listed above are based on land inclusive packages described on the website. In the case of changes as imposed by the service provider, a different deposit requirement and/ or cancellation policy might apply based on each individual booking. We will advise you accordingly at the time of booking confirmation.
