2 months to 4 weeks - 20% of entire tour price
4 weeks to 15 days - 30% of entire tour price
2 weeks to 1 week - 50 % of entire tour price
6 days prior to departure - 100%

Changes made to a confirmed booking prior to the start of a trip and more than 15 days before departure (changes to arrival or departure date, change of tour, etc.) are subject to a penalty equivalent to the processing fees that are listed in the cancellation section
