Subarctic Discovery: Churchill Northern Lights

*This is a sample itinerary for the Subarctic Discovery: Churchill Northern Lights trip two nights in Churchill; there are other itineraries available. All itineraries are subject to change; all activities conditions permitting.

Deposit and Mandatory insurance policy

- A non-refundable deposit of  $750 CAD per person is due at time of booking. Reservations must be accompanied by the guests' full names.

- Comprehensive travel insurance coverage is mandatory, including without limitation medical, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and interruption insurance. It is the responsibility of the traveller to secure adequate insurance coverage for the level of protection they desire. Additional expenses or losses sustained by the traveller as a result of the traveller failing to obtain proper insurance coverage shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller; One dream will not be held responsible for missed connections, incorrect check-in times, improper documentation and/or lost, stolen or damaged luggage. We strongly encourage travellers to purchase a trip insurance package through their provider of choice at time of booking to maximize individual insurance benefits. 

- Evidence of insurance policy documentation will be required no later than at time of full payment, 120 business days prior to departure

   Deposit policy

Payment is due in full within 72 hours of reservation.

   Cancellation and refund policy

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule:

- Booking – 48 hours prior to departure: 100% refundable

- Less than 48 hours prior to departure: one-day rental fee for each item(s) requested, non-refundable

   Rates are subject to change and if necessary, these changes will be passed on to you and your guests.

Booking Policy:

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation via email. Your reservation will initiate the reservation process. We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email.

- Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

- Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. In the email, an E-Ticket will be attached. We will also be providing you with all the detailed information about your tour or product. We will also be providing contact information for local tour provider for your convenience or re-confirmation purposes, if needed. There will also be emergency contact numbers, if assistance is needed, and you need to contact us.

- Simply print your E-ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of the experience. Please remember your E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel up to 121 business days prior to departure: $750 CAD per person, non-refundable True North Deposit.

- For a refund, you must cancel at least 121 full business days prior to the experience's start time.

- Any changes made less than 121 full business days prior to the experience's start time will not be accepted. For non-refundable 50% of total invoice, you must cancel 61 to 120 full business days prior to the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 60 full business days prior to the experience's start time, the 100% of the total invoice that you paid will not be refunded.

- No partial refunds or credits will be given for services not used. 

- Please be aware that cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
