Visit a cenote where passengers will have the option to swim in the cenote. You will enjoy a typical meal and visit the town of Valladolid. After the tour, we will return to Cancun. Cancun - Cenotes Oasis Maya

Breakfast at Hotel. Enjoy a unique cenote tour full of adventure and surrounded by spectacular landscapes from Cancun. Visit four different cenotes: K’aak’ the Fire Cenote, Ha´ the Water Cenote, Lu’um the Earth Cenote, and Iik’ the Wind Cenote. Enjoy Assisted rappel: be lowered by a set of special pulleys while being assisted by our guides. All you have to do is enjoy the scenery. This activity takes place at the Cavern Cenote. Zip-lines: choose between swing-type zip-lines or the one where you hold a bar with your hands. Both end in a fun and refreshing splash. This activity takes place at the Ancient Cenote. Swimming and kayaking: get immersed in the cool waters of the Semi-Open Cenote, then, enjoy kayaking through walls covered in lush vegetation and delicious food and beverages included in your package in the middle of nature. DEPOSIT
A deposit of C$300 per person is required within 7 days after booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION
If customer wishes to cancel booked and confirmed services, it must be in writing to One Dream Travel, other than the exceptions set out below, cancellation fees will apply as follows:
* 60 days or more prior to scheduled departure – $300.00 (Deposit)
* 59 – 45 days prior to scheduled departure – 25% of total tour cost
* 44 – 31 days prior to scheduled departure – 50% of total tour cost
* 30 – 0 days prior to scheduled departure – 100% of total tour cost
After travel document has been issued | 100% of tour price (Cancellation Fee)
Unused portions of any tour, including hotel accommodation, sightseeing tours, extra hotel nights, airfare or other items included in the tour are fully NON-REFUNDABLE after your departure whatever the reason is that you cannot continue with your
tour. All refunds are subject to the consent of the service provider.
No shows without prior cancellation, will not be entitled to any refund (except force majeure cases, which will be examined on a case-by-case basis).
General deposit and cancellation policy listed above are based on land inclusive packages described on the website. In the case of changes as imposed by the service provider, a different deposit requirement and/ or cancellation policy might apply based on each individual booking. We will advise you accordingly at the time of booking confirmation.
