For over 50 years, Niagara Helicopters has been thrilling people from around the world with the highest, most scenic, most exciting sightseeing experience in the Niagara Region – all from the safety and comfort of one of five NEW meticulously maintained state-of-the-art Airbus H130 helicopters. These helicopters feature THREE seats in front plus the pilot and a comfortable leather executive interior. Our 9-minute tour includes surround-sound on-board commentary in many different languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean and Mandarin. Our operation is well-known for our fast, efficient and friendly service – perfect for individuals, families and groups of all sizes. Charter services are also available on request.

On-site services include a gift shop featuring exclusive Niagara Helicopters collectibles and a state-of-the-art Photography Lab producing personalized high-quality photos of you and your loved ones as well as a lovely picnic and observation area.

No Fly, No Pay

Please call in advance to confirm reservations regarding time and number of passengers. In high season, we often have a waiting list for tour groups; therefore, if your tour group will be late or unable to fly for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If for any reason your guests are unable to fly we will NOT charge you.

Booking Policy

- Your reservation is always subject to confirmation via email. Your reservation will initiate the reservation process. We will keep you informed about the status of your order via email.

- Immediately after submitting your reservation, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

- Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. In the email, an E-Ticket will be attached. We will also be providing you with all the detailed information about your tour or product. We will also be providing contact information for local tour provider for your convenience or re-confirmation purposes, if needed. There will also be emergency contact numbers, if assistance is needed, and you need to contact us.

- Simply print your E-ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of the experience. Please remember your E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 1 business day in advance of the experience for a full refund.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 1 business day prior to the experience's start time.

- If you cancel less than 1 business day prior to the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Additionally, any changes made less than 1 business day prior to the experience's start time will not be accepted.

- Please be aware that cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
