One Dream Travel is an electronic ordering platform providing destination tourism products, bringing together high-quality products from relevant qualified destination suppliers for your selection and order.
Please read the terms of this Customer Agreement carefully before using One Dream Travel Platform to ensure that you fully understand the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Once you use the services of One Dream Travel platform, your use will be deemed to be an acknowledgment of the entire content of this agreement.
I. Your rights and interests
During your itinerary, you can decide whether to participate in the optional self-paid projects (excluding the compulsory self-paid items specified in the itinerary). The destination supplier shall not force you to participate in such projects.
II. Your responsibilities
Before ordering any product on One Dream Travel platform, you are responsible for reading all information and statements related to the product, including but not limited to: product price, itinerary details, departure location, price details, passenger instructions, change regulations and other information related to the product. Once your order is successful, we will consider that you have carefully read, fully understood and agreed with all the above information related to the product.
When ordering, please keep the correct and unimpeded contact information, including but not limited to mobile phone number, telephone number and e-mail address, etc. If the travel information is not informed to you in time due to the lack of contact information, the failure to check the message and mailbox in time, or the failure to reply to the email we sent to you, One Dream Travel will not take the resulting costs or responsibilities.
You should be responsible for your safety by choosing destination activity products within your control of risk; if participating in risky destination activity products (including, but not limited to, water activities such as snorkeling, surfing, rafting and high-risk activities such as horse riding, rock climbing, mountain climbing) or suffering from illnesses that are not suitable for travel (including but not limited to, malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, pregnancy, mental illness, physical disability, diabetes, infectious diseases, chronic diseases and health impairment), you should go to medical institutions before the scheduled check-up, to ensure that you can complete the project under your physical conditions. One Dream Travel is not liable for any personal accidents and adverse consequences.
You must be an adult. If you are a minor, you can take part in the itinerary under the guidance of your parents or legal guardians.
III. Order and Payment Processes
1. Fill in the order. After selecting the itinerary, fill in the basic information on the itinerary page, and the system will automatically calculate the corresponding price for you. Click “I want to order" to complete the detailed order information and settlement.
2. Online payment. The website currently supports Canadian currency payment, and provides various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, WeChat and Alipay. After payment is completed, the details of the Booking List will appear in the personal page - order list - detailed order. The order is obliged to check and ensure that the information of the Booking List is correct.
3. Waiting for confirmation. Within 3 working days of your successful payment, we will send you the Electronic Travel Certificate. Once you receive the Electronic Travel Certificate, it means that your order has been confirmed. At this point, if you need to change or cancel the order, please refer to “change and cancellation regulations”. If your order cannot be confirmed since the number of people has reached the capacity or not reached the designated number for departure, we will refund the full amount. Here, we recommend that you order your ticket after receiving the E-Travel Certificate.
4. If, within 24 hours after ordering, you find that the price of the destination tour group and activity product ordered by the tourist group reduced and your travel has not started, you can call us to apply for an adjustment refund within 24 hours after ordering. After checking the eligibility, we will arrange a refund for you within 7 working days.
IV. Itinerary Change and Cancellation
The change and cancellation regulations are an integral part of the Customer Agreement of One Dream Travel (www.onedreamtravel). When you agree to the Customer Agreement of One Dream Travel, you will be deemed to have agreed to the entire content of change and cancellation Regulations.
Once your order status is "paid" or "ready for itinerary", it means that your order has been paid successfully. If you need to change or cancel an order at this time, please cancel or change the order by refund application system, online customer service or telephone to contact customer service. Refer to "How to apply for a refund" for the corresponding cancellation/change process.
Cancellation and change of an order will result in corresponding costs. Specific refund criteria are as follows:
1. Change and Cancellation Regulations for Destination Tourist Groups
(1) Cancel the order
The following applies to cancellation and refund criteria:
- Reduce the number of participants
- Cancel the entire order
- Change the itinerary
- Change a different date for the same itinerary

*The change and cancellation regulations for self-paid items depend on the specific products. For details, please refer to Guidelines for Passengers/Change Regulations section in the Guidelines for Order module of tourist group product details page.
* Upgrading and booking projects cannot be changed or canceled once ordered.
* The above change and cancellation regulations apply to the general group products of One Dream Travel websites. Special instructions in the Change Regulations section of the product details page shall be subject to the specific provisions of each product.
(2) Change Orders
The following conditions apply to the charging criterion for changing orders
- Increase the number of participants
- Change the name of the participants
- Change of a hotel of the same level or an optional itinerary while the itinerary still can be confirmed

2. Change and Cancellation Regulations of Destination Activity Products
(1) Once the order of destination activity products (including but not limited to: performances tickets, scenic spots tickets, city pass tickets, etc.) has been confirmed, it can not be canceled or changed, and One Dream Travel will not refund any expenses.
(2) Any guest who is absent on the day of the activity or leaves early in the activity will be regarded as giving up the itinerary automatically.
(3) Special instructions in the Change Regulations section of the product details page shall be subject to the specific provisions of each product.
3. Change and Cancellation Regulations of Group Custom Products

*If prepaid destination activity products are involved in the above products, once the order (including but not limited to: performances tickets, scenic spots tickets, city pass tickets, etc.) has been confirmed, it can not be canceled or changed, and One Dream Travel will not refund any expense.
4. Hotel Product Change and Cancellation Regulations
Hotels booked by tourist groups cannot be canceled or changed separately
*The above regulations do not apply to subscriptions made on the third-party website, bookings.com, as One Dream Travel`s partner. Please refer to the change and cancellation regulations of bookings.com. One Dream Travel will not assume any legal liability related to third party websites.
5. Change and Cancellation Regulations of Visa Products After the reservation and payment, visa fee will be incurred once the related processing materials are submitted. No cancellation or change is allowed. No expense will be refunded by One Dream Travel.
6. Refund
(1) Please refer to “How to Apply for Refunds”for the corresponding cancellation/change process. The actual time of receipt of refund shall be subject to the processing time of each bank.“
(2) When refunding, One Dream Travel will settle the refund according to the relevant provisions of the Change and Cancellation Regulations at the amount of Canadian Dollar of the order at the time of the transaction, and return the corresponding amount to the user's original payment transaction account; if the refund is made in other currencies, the loss of exchange and handling fee caused by the refund will be borne solely by the user. One Dream Travel will only settle and refund on the basis of the amount of Canadian Dollar of the order at the time of the transaction.
Remarks:
*Upon confirming the booking of destination group hotel and airport pick-up services, the expense cannot be refunded.
* After the start of the destination tour group, if the guests share their own rooms themselves, One Dream Travel will not refund any expenses.
*For orders that use "buy two get one free" or "buy two get two free" preferential treatment, if the itinerary is changed or canceled after confirmation, the fee will be charged according to cancellation and change regulations. If a person who enjoys preferential itinerary is absent on the day of departure, a certain amount of fine will be charged to him/her according to the criteria set for each itinerary. The fine will be collected by the tour guide in cash from other participants.
*If the itinerary includes air tickets, the flight cannot be changed (including name, time, flight route, flight number, etc.) after confirmation of the order. No refund will be made for canceling the order.
*If the cancellation or change regulations are specified in the Guidelines for Order, the specific provisions of each product shall prevail.
* In very few exceptional cases, the supplier may cancel/change the itinerary. In this case, we will inform you in time and provide you with alternative itineraries. If you are not satisfied with the other itineraries suggested, we will refund the full expenses.
* The time for cancellation/change does not include the day of departure and the day of application for refund.
* After the start of the itinerary, One Dream Travel will no longer accept the application for refund of expenses. We do not refund any expenses for any absence on the day of the start of the itinerary.
* If there are uncontrollable reasons, including but not limited to: flight delays or cancellations, traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather and other uncontrollable reasons leading to the change, delay or cancellation of your itinerary, One Dream Travel will try its best to assist in the arrangement, but will not be responsible for any loss caused therefrom.
V. Change or Cancellation of Itinerary Due to Force Majeure
The itinerary will be arranged in accordance with the itinerary details listed on the website as far as possible. However, in order to ensure the safety of your itinerary, in rare special circumstances, including but not limited to disastrous weather, traffic, riots, infectious viruses and other uncontrollable reasons, One Dream Travel and destination product suppliers have the right to change, postpone and cancel the itinerary.
One Dream Travel is not liable for any alteration, delay or cancellation of your itinerary due to force majeure, including but not limited to equipment and transportation malfunctions, strikes, illnesses, theft, loss, accidents or weather, etc., or other personal reasons, or make any compensation for the additional cost of the delay or cancellation of your itinerary caused therefrom; or take any legal responsibility for your injured body or life caused therefrom.
VI. Rights and Interests of One Dream Travel
To safeguard the common interests of the group, if a passenger obstructs the normal activities of the itinerary, One Dream Travel and the destination product supplier have the right to cancel their eligibility to continue to participate in the itinerary. The passenger shall not require for any refund of or transfer the unfinished itinerary.
If any participant in the itinerary requests to use some product services or leave the itinerary halfway for personal reasons, One Dream Travel will try its best to assist in the arrangement, but will not be responsible for any loss caused therefrom.
The supplier has a minimum number of travelers for some of the self-paid projects in the itinerary. If the number of travelers does not meet the minimum on the day, the supplier has the right to cancel the self-paid project. One Dream Travel is not responsible for any losses caused therefrom.
One Dream Travel is not liable for any loss caused by disputes between you and the destination supplier or any other third party. One Dream Travel has the right to investigate the legal liability of any person who has a negative impact on One Dream Travel by improper comments.
VII. Dispute Resolution
One Dream Travel is an electronic tourism ordering platform. The listed tourism products are provided by destination suppliers with relevant qualifications approved by One Dream Travel. Therefore, One Dream Travel is not liable for the defects in your scheduled products, but One Dream Travel will try to help you negotiate with the relevant destination suppliers.
If you have any disputes about the service of the destination supplier during your trip, please consult with the tour guide first and contact us in time. Complaints after the end of the itinerary, if there is no detailed evidence, One Dream Travel retains the rights and interests of inadmissibility.
VIII. Others
1. Privacy and data
One Dream Travel respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the platform. We promise not to disclose or provide your personal information to third parties without your permission. One Dream Travel only uses your information to process orders and other necessary follow-up services. See the Terms of Use and Privacy for details.
2. Travel Insurance
To ensure that your rights and interests are protected during your itinerary, One Dream Travel strongly recommends that you purchase insurance products for medical treatment, trip cancellation, flight delay and luggage, etc.. One Dream Travel is not liable for any accidents during the itinerary, including delays in canceling flights, loss or damage of items, personal physical or life damage, etc. Solutions will follow the rules specified by airlines, hotels and bus companies.
3. Health Status of Itinerary Participants
To ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary plan, One Dream Travel suggests that participants should be in good health. Please consult your doctor about your health and ability to travel long distances. Any physical or mental incapability and disability requiring special treatment or care shall be stated at the time of ordering. For the benefit of the group, One Dream Travel and destination suppliers have the right not to accept guests physically or mentally unsuitable for long-distance itinerary.
4. Passport and Visa
Participants are responsible for carrying all travel documents necessary to "enter" or "pass" through the country in the itinerary. People of different nationalities are subject to different entry regulations, and participants need to know the relevant policies on their own. One Dream Travel is not liable for notifying the participants of the necessary documents for the national passage of their destination. Participants shall be liable for all the costs of postpone delay and changes due to lack of travel documents. Participants shall strictly abide by laws and regulations issued by the governments of destination countries, including immigration and customs laws and regulations. One Dream Travel is not liable for any penalties or fines incurred by participants for violating the laws and regulations of the country in the itinerary.
5. Copyright Notes
One Dream Travel owns the copyright of all information content on the website (except the itinerary information provided by the destination supplier). Without the permission of One Dream Travel, no one may use the content without authorization (including but not limited to: copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading and downloading illegally). Otherwise, One Dream Travel will investigate legal liability according to law.
One Dream Travel respects legal copyright and opposes piracy. We apologize for the infringement of your rights and interests by some of our texts and photographs. Please send infringement links and information to service@One Dream Travels.com immediately. We will contact you as soon as possible and remove the relevant suspected infringement content as possible.
6. Disclaimer
One Dream Travel is an electronic ordering platform providing destination tourism products. In order to enhance your one-stop ordering experience, we provide cooperative supplier pages or take you to relevant product service provider websites. You understand and agree that One Dream Travel is a link from a third-party website. You may get information and enjoy services from the third-party website, but One Dream Travel will not take any related legal responsibility between you and the website.
One Dream Travel will try to provide customers with correct, perfect and up-to-date information, but some technical and typographical errors cannot be ruled out. Customers are obliged to verify before use. We have the right to make any changes and updates without prior notice.
IX. Legal Statement
This "Order Agreement" is regarded as the agreement between you and One Dream Travel. The conclusion, implementation, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by Canadian law. Both parties shall resolve any dispute arises over the content of this agreement or its implementation by friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in the court where One Dream Travel is located. If any provision of this agreement is totally or partially invalid or ineffective for any reason, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain valid and binding. The failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this service agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights or provisions. One Dream Travel reserves the right of final interpretation of this Customer Agreement.
