Day 1
Istanbul

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Arrival. Transfer to the hotel.Welcome to Europe.Upon arriving at the airport we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. You can enjoy free time until your tour starts. Please, check the informative posters placed at the hotel reception area which have all the information about your upcoming services such as meeting place, time and the guide’s name.
Day 2
Istanbul B:Hotel

A sightseeing tour of the city. We find ourselves in a city built in two continents. On our tour, we will enter the Mosque of Suleyman the Magnificent (the largest in Istanbul). We will see the walls, the Golden Horn, the fishing district, and we will admire the exterior of Hagia Sofia. At the end of the afternoon we will provide a transfer to the Taksim neighbourhood, the most commercialised and lively area of the city. There will be time to dine in one of its many restaurants, and you can also take the old tram that crosses the area or go to see the nearby Galata Tower.
Day 3
Istanbul - Ankara B:Hotel D:Ankara

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Visit to Topkapi Palace and Boat trip on the Bosphorus.After breakfast, we will offer tickets and a visit to the Top Kapi Palace, which was the administrative centre of the Ottoman Empire, with its magnificent courtyards and its pavilions. Today we include a boat trip on the Bosphorus that will last about two hours. We will undertake the trip on a boat exclusively for Europamundo travellers. The Bosphorus is a strait that connects the Black Sea with the Sea of ??Marmara, which separates Istanbul into two parts: the European part and the Asian one. We will enjoy seeing the liveliness of the strait with its multitude of boats. We will pass under the two bridges that unite Europe and Asia and we will admire the palaces of the sultans, the typical wooden houses and the Ottoman villas. We will disembark on the Asian side and we will have time to walk through the Uskudar neighborhood, with its large mosques, where Yemi Valide, the maiden´s tower and its quiet streets stand out. Time for lunch.15.00 hrs- Istanbul Departure. From the Uskudar neighborhood, on the Asian side, we continue our route to the Anatolian peninsula.21.00 hrs- Ankara- Arrival, dinner included.
Day 4
Avanos - Cappadocia B:Hotel D:Capadocia

After breakfast we include a visit to Ankara, the cosmopolitan capital of Turkey, with over 5 million inhabitants and a lot of cultural life with its performing arts center, which houses the State Ballet and Opera, the Presidential Symphony Orchestra and many national theater companies. We will visit the impressive Mausoleum of Ataturk, the powerful castle of Ankara, whose first construction was 8 centuries before Christ. We also include the entrance to the Museum of Anatolian civilizations that allows us to understand the different cultures that left their mark on Turkey. At the end of the morning, we will stop at a large shopping mall so that in your food court you can choose the type of food that you like the most.We then continue our route by coach. Arid regions in the interior of Turkey take us to Cappadocia. We travel past the salted lake, with a stop to photograph it. Then we continue to Hacibecktas, arrival at this complex, one of the most important centers of religious tourism in Turkey where the mausoleum of Haci Becktas, a Sufi mystic from Anatolia of the thirteenth century that puts the person at the center of his philosophy. The rituals and symbols of Bektashism are reflected in the sanctuary architecture and interior design.
Day 5
Cappadocia B:Hotel D:Capadocia

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: landscapes of spectacular shapes. Picturesque towns. Dinner included. Full day in the fantastic region of CAPPADOCIA, with its lunar landscapes, its churches and troglodyte villages. We will discover the GOREME Valley with its open air museum and its churches carved into the rocks, entry tickets included. We will visit UCHISAR, a natural fortress. In KAIMACLI we will visit the underground city that could house 30,000 people. Returning to Avanos we stop at PASABAG, the valley of the fairies, we will walk in this spectacular natural area. Free time and dinner included.
Day 6
Capadocia - Safranbolu B:Hotel D:Safranbolu

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Turkey´s interior whose landscape changes as we get closer to the Black Sea.Traditional Turkish tea. Dinner included.After breakfast we depart towards to the Black Sea. Stop en route to have lunch. We continue towards the north of Turkey. The landscapes become greener. SAFRANBOLU; arrival in this wonderful little city which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was an important stopping point on the caravan routes. In the couryard of a magnificent old Caravanserail we will include a traditional Turkish tea. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 7
Safranbolu - Gokgol Magarasi - Eregli - Istanbul B:Hotel
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: A green and rainy Turkey. Eydinpinar waterfalls.Today, the leg of our trip follows the Black Sea and its verdant landscapes. In GOKGOL MAGARASI we provide entry tickets to this magnificent cave with its underground river and its multiple colours. In EREGLI, next to the Black Sea, we set aside time to have lunch. We also include a visit to its impressive Cehennemagzi Magarasi caves and tombs that are overflowing with mythology. In the afternoon, we cross once more the mountains towards central Anatolia. We travel on the highway towards Istanbul. Passing the suspension bridge that separates Asia from Europe. Arrival in ISTANBUL at the end of the day.
After breakfast, end of our services.
